Over the past 25 years, Jeff Mossman owned and operated six highly profitable businesses in the restaurant, construction, and real estate fields. Recently, he sold his non-real estate businesses to focus 100% of his time to oversee and direct Investors Advantage and other real estate ventures.

To support the venture, Mr. Mossman has additionally founded a team of legal and real estate professionals whose business systems cover all aspects of property acquisition and management.

Mossman and Mueller believe strongly in giving back to their community. Together they have demonstrated this by giving five houses to charity.

Scott Mueller is responsible for managing the internal operations of Investors Advantage, including planning, implementing, and directing the company’s policies, objectives and initiatives. He brings to this enterprise his extensive operatio nal experience.

Mr. Mueller was most recently President of Greater Cedar Valley Financial Group, LLC, a successful real estate investment company that concentrated on income-producing residential properties in Iowa. The company and its subsidiaries purchased or sold over $18m of properties in the last two years by specializing in marketing hands-free investment packages to busy professionals.
